Dominique Kilmartin, Associate at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., was recently featured in a broadcast segment on Thirteen PBS, discussing Governor Murphy’s attempts to shut down private detention centers in the State. Dominique Kilmartin authored an amicus brief on behalf of PAX Christi USA, a Catholic human rights organization.

They are inherently motivated to decrease their costs and increase their profits. Our research shows that they implement cost cutting measures at the negative effect of people who are incarcerated, and their health and safety,” said Kilmartin.
