Denise Alvarez and Oren M. Chaplin to be Featured Speakers for Upcoming “Contract Efficiencies & Minimizing Litigation Risk” CLE
Oren M. Chaplin, co-chair of the firm's Corporate & Business Law practice, and Denise Alvarez, partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice, will serve as presenters for the upcoming virtual CLE, “Contract Efficiencies & Minimizing Litigation Risk”, hosted by the Association of Corporate Counsel – Westchester-Southern Connecticut. The 1.5-credit New York CLE program will be moderated by Christina Damiano, Vice President of FactSet. The webinar will take place online via Zoom on June 24, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
The CLE will discuss strategies for creating a more efficient and risk-sensitive commercial contracting process, offering practical guidance on streamlining the contracting process, leveraging technology in drafting and review, and implementing drafting principles designed to minimize litigation risk.
