David N. Cinotti to Speak at Commercial Arbitration Seminar
On December 17, the New Jersey State Bar Association will host a Commercial Arbitration seminar. David N. Cinotti, attorney of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. will provide an overview on everything you need to know to confidently handle your commercial arbitration matters in your practice. The speakers will review the use of ADR in commercial disputes, and the basics of the arbitration process. The seminar will also cover how cases should be handled differently in court versus in arbitration. Hon. Garrett E. Brown, Robert E. Bartkus, Christopher J. Joyce, and P. Jean Baker will be speaking in the seminar as well.
The seminar will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. at Wilshire Grand, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ 07052.
