David N. Cinotti Contributes to New Jersey Arbitration Handbook 2025
David N. Cinotti, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., is a contributor to the New Jersey Arbitration Handbook 2025, which is co-authored by Robert E. Bartkus and the late Hon. William A. Dreier, P.J.A.D. (Ret.). The handbook, published by ALM, is an essential resource for lawyers and arbitrators, providing practical guidance on the arbitration process. The handbook includes, among other things, published and unpublished cases from recent New Jersey state and federal courts and commentary on significant out-of-state cases and landmark U.S. Supreme Court and New Jersey Supreme Court cases
Cinotti focuses his practice on commercial litigation, international and domestic arbitration, and appellate litigation. Cinotti has a wealth of experience in litigating issues under the Federal Arbitration Act and the New York Convention, including relating to enforcement of consumer and commercial arbitration agreements and awards.
