David N. Cinotti, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., recently authored an article in Law360 titled, “Justices' Ruling Will Ease Foreign Arbitral Award Enforcement.” Cinotti’s article discusses how the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Fuld v. Palestine Liberation Organization makes it easier for U.S. courts to enforce foreign arbitral awards under the New York Convention.
