Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, a prominent law firm headquartered in Hackensack, announces that the firm has agreed to a ten-year lease of approximately 6,500 square feet in Bell Works in Holmdel, New Jersey. The 2 million square-foot innovative building of steel and glass was designed by famed Finnish-American Eero Sarineen, known best for his Gateway Arch in St. Louis. The office is located at 101 Crawfords Corner Road in suburban Holmdel.

Pashman Stein has been in Hackensack, New Jersey, since 1995 and the office today has more than 55 attorneys plus a staff of over 40. The firm made an investment to expand south in April 2017 and open a small office in Red Bank to accommodate growing practice areas.

“We realized that the firm had outgrown its space in Red Bank and were delighted to see Bell Works. The Metroburb is a unique space, with offices and amenities that are appealing to businesses and visitors alike,” said Managing Partner Michael S. Stein. “We are excited to be part of the building’s roster of tenants in this spectacular setting.”

Bell Works is surrounded by 472 acres of parking lots and green space. Once home to a world-class laboratory that produced the transistor, the touch-tone phone and eight Nobel Prizes, the complex has been transformed into an indoor “downtown” with stores and restaurants lining the ground floor of the giant atrium that cuts through the space.

A Newmark Knight Frank brokerage team, led by Managing Director, Hope G. Brodsky, represented Pashman Stein. Somerset Development, the owner and manager of Bell Works, was represented in the transaction by the Garibaldi Group.
