Pashman Stein opened its Philadelphia office in March 2025, marking a major milestone in Pashman Stein’s strategic growth along the Northeast Corridor. Located at One Commerce Square, the Philadelphia office expanded the firm’s footprint to five locations across four states: New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
Goldberg, who leads Pashman Stein’s office, is an accomplished litigator with a reputation for skillfully and strategically handling high-stakes complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, contract disputes, class actions, business torts, and defamation. He also advises clients on regulatory compliance and business matters. He has received wide recognition, including by Chambers, for representing businesses in the cannabis space. Goldberg joined Pashman Stein in February 2025 after more than two decades at Duane Morris LLP, bringing deep roots in the Philadelphia legal and business community.
Commercial Real Estate partner Patrick A. Haggerty joined Goldberg in August 2025 in the Philadelphia office after more than 9 years at White and Williams’ Philadelphia office. Pashman Stein’s Philadelphia office focuses on commercial litigation, health care, real estate, and corporate transactions, while continuing to serve the needs of clients who have come to know the firm through its New Jersey, New York, and Delaware offices. Recruitment is well underway, with the firm looking forward to welcoming additional talented attorneys to join Goldberg and Haggerty in delivering exceptional client service.
