Sean Mack, partner and co-chair of the Litigation practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., and Darcy Baboulis-Gyscek, associate at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., have received notable media attention for representing victims of an alleged real estate Ponzi scheme. Mack and Baboulis-Gyscek represent Anthony Barone and Anthony Martini, as well as other victims, who allege that Cesar and Jennifer Pina defrauded them out of money in connection with various real estate ventures. The matter was the subject of an I-Team investigation by News 4 New York entitled, “New Jersey real estate rip-off linked to radio DJ,” in which Mack was featured.
