Sam Samaro, Chair of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden’s Employment and Labor Group and member of the firm’s executive committee, has been recertified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney for another five-year term.

The New Jersey Supreme Court, through its Board on Attorney Certification, designates as Certified Civil Trial Attorneys only those lawyers who are able to meet the high standards established by the Board, including the requisite amount of trial experience, passage of a written test, and demonstrated fitness as a civil practice lawyer. Less than three percent of active attorneys in the State of New Jersey are Certified Civil Trial Attorneys. Sam has been designated as such since 2008.
