Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Welcomes Deirdre Cooney and Maxwell Smith as our 2019 Summer Associates

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden is pleased to welcome Deirdre Cooney and Maxwell Smith as the Firm’s 2019 Summer Associates.

Deirdre just completed her second year at Seton Hall University School of Law. She graduated from King’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Neuroscience. Last summer, Deirdre was a Legal Intern for the Honorable Jose L. Linares, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in Newark.

“My experience at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden has already far exceeded my expectations,” said Deirdre. “I am grateful for the opportunity to work with and learn from such passionate and dynamic professionals, and I look forward to continuing to develop under their guidance and mentorship.”

Maxwell just completed his second year at Rutgers School of Law. He graduated from William Paterson University with a B.A. in Political Science. Last summer, Maxwell was an Intern for the Honorable Catherine Enright in the New Jersey Superior Court in Morristown.

“I was excited to begin working here as soon as I was told I had been selected, but the first couple of days has absolutely blown me away,” said Maxwell. “The level of professionalism constantly on display combined with the warm and inviting team has shown me what type of lawyer I want to be one day. I look forward to working closely with everyone at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden and can’t wait to contribute.”
