Hackensack, NJ (May 27, 2025) - Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that Eric D. Weinstock has joined as partner in the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice.  Prior to joining Pashman Stein, Weinstock was senior counsel at Lowenstein Sandler.

His strong presence and client base in New Jersey and New York further strengthens our Trusts & Estates practice group and expands our capacity to deliver exceptional legal services across the region.”

Weinstock’s estate planning practice includes the design and implementation of estate planning, including testamentary planning, life insurance trusts, and a variety of sophisticated gifting techniques and trusts.  He develops estate plans that are personalized for each client, and he provides insightful counseling regarding effective minimization of estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer (GST), and income taxes.  He advises executors and administrators of estates and trustees of trusts concerning fiduciary issues, and counsels them regarding effective and proper administration of estates and trusts, including preparation and filing of estate and inheritance tax returns.  He also advises estate and trust beneficiaries to help them protect their rights and provides effective legal counsel to fiduciaries and beneficiaries involved in disputes regarding trust and estate matters and counsels family business owners about effective business succession planning.

In addition, Weinstock prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements for clients and advises clients on the establishment and operation of private foundations and donor-advised funds.

Weinstock’s diverse client base ranges from corporate executives and self-employed professionals to families with inherited wealth and the beneficiaries of estates and trusts. He has substantial knowledge in estate and trust planning and administration in both New York and New Jersey.

Weinstock earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, his M.P.P., from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, and his B.A., from University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude.
