Pashman Stein Walder Hayden was mentioned in The Trentonian article, “Records show Bordentown Police chief’s blood alcohol level was twice legal limit.” CJ Griffin, Director of the Justice Gary S. Stein Public Interest Center at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, represented The Trentonian in its attempt to obtain the toxicology report of Bordentown’s police chief who was involved in an accident. A settlement was reached after Griffin, on behalf of The Trentonian, filed a lawsuit after the township failed to provide records requested pursuant to New Jersey’s Open Public Records Act.
