Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is proud to announce that Joseph C. Barsalona II, Leah Eisenberg, Samantha Alexander, Michael J. Custer and Katherine Beilin served as Debtors’ counsel in the successful restructuring and sale of restaurant chain PLANTA. The sale, facilitated through a Chapter 11 Section 363 process in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, transferred substantially all of the assets of CHG US Holdings LLC, parent company of PLANTA, to New CHG US Holdings, LLC, an entity affiliated with Anchorage Capital Group. As part of the transaction, eight PLANTA locations across North America will continue to operate, preserving the brand and its business operations. The representation highlights Pashman Stein’s ongoing role in guiding complex restructurings and Chapter 11 proceedings.  The sale closed on August 18, 2025.

“Considering that this case started as a freefall chapter 11 case with no DIP financing and ended with a sale of substantially all of the Debtors’ assets as a going concern, is a testament to the incredible work by the Debtors, the Pashman team, and the other professionals in the case.” said Joseph C. Barsalona II.
