Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Represented FR Park Racing LP in Lawsuit Regarding Closure of Freehold Raceway
Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. was recently featured in a Law360 article titled, “Horse Breeders, NJ Track Owner Settle Suit Over Shutdown.” Pashman Stein represented FR Park Racing LP, the owner and operator of Freehold Raceway, in a federal lawsuit brought by the Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey and two of its members regarding the December 2024 closing of the Freehold Raceway. The plaintiffs and FR Park Racing LP entered into a confidential settlement agreement, ending the litigation.
