Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. represents Qorvo Inc. as co-counsel to Alston & Bird LLP in connection with Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of Akoustis Technologies, a radio frequency filter maker.  Akoustis filed for Chapter 11 protection in December 2024 after Quorvo obtained a $38.6 million judgment against it for poaching employees and misappropriating trade secrets. As part of the settlement, which will require court approval at a later date, Qorvo dropped its objections to certain sales of assets, and Akoustis agreed not to contest Qorvo’s $59.1 million unsecured claim.

Qorvo was represented by David B. Stratton and Alexis R. Gambale of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., who served as co-counsel to Alston & Bird LLP.
