Cinotti argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court on January 22, 2026, defending the New Jersey Appellate Division’s decision that auto insurers are not required to bring claims for fraud under the Insurance Fraud Prevention Act, the state RICO statute, and common law to the mandatory alternative dispute-resolution system (called “PIP arbitration”) established under the state’s no-fault auto insurance laws.
