Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Attorney Chanel Hudson’s Nomination as Judge of the Superior Court of Union County Approved

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is proud to announce that the nomination of attorney Chanel Hudson as a Judge of the Superior Court of Union County was approved by the New Jersey Senate.  Hudson is scheduled to be sworn in on March 2, 2023.

Stein. “While Chanel will be greatly missed, we are thrilled for her and look forward to her contributions to the judiciary and to the community.”

Hudson joined Pashman Stein in 2021 as member of the Criminal Defense, Litigation Appellate Advocacy, and Cannabis & Hemp Law practices. Prior to joining Pashman Stein, she served as Senior Counsel with the New York City Law Department where she defended the City of New York and various New York City agencies against high value tort and other liability claims. In addition to her civil trial experience, she also worked at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender for 12 years, where she was involved with complex criminal trials and handled family law matters related to Title 9 and Title 30.
