Eric D. Weinstock, partner in the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice, was recently featured in a Law360 article titled, “Pashman Stein Adds Lowenstein Sandler Trusts & Estates Ace.” The article highlights Weinstock’s recent move to Pashman Stein after over 25 years of experience practicing in New York and New Jersey from Lowenstein Sandler LLP.

Weinstock told Law360 Pulse in an interview Wednesday that so far, the move has "reenergized" his practice.

It's a terrific firm," Weinstock said of Pashman Stein. "It's a very cohesive group of people, both in my practice group and in the firm as a whole."

"My estate planning practice is not a one-size-fits-all practice. I try very hard to become the trusted adviser of the clients," Weinstock said.

"I don't really have a form approach that I use with clients — we kind of build from the ground up —but as a result, I think the planning ends up being longer-range, solid planning for a longer period of time," he said.

"With over 25 years of experience in navigating complex trust and estate matters, including over two decades at an Am Law 200 firm, Eric brings invaluable perspective to our team," said Naomi Becker Collier and Joseph L. Goodman, co-chairs of the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Elder Law & Special Needs Planning practices, in a joint statement.
