Cinotti represents clients in complex commercial litigation, international disputes, and appeals across a wide variety of industries including financial services, insurance, hospitality, e-commerce, real estate, and healthcare. His diverse experience includes matters involving enforcement of arbitration agreements and awards, bankruptcy litigation, securities regulation and class-action defense, RICO and fraud claims, data and Internet privacy, breach of contract, business torts, unconstitutional treatment of property rights, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional issues, and white-collar criminal defense. He is often involved in cases to address complex legal issues on dispositive motions and appeals and has regularly litigated important issues of first impression before trial and appellate courts in New Jersey and New York.
