Darcy Baboulis-Gyscek Featured in Law.com for New Jersey Law Journal’s Unsung Heroes Winner
After being selected for inclusion in the list of “Unsung Heroes” Award winners by the New Jersey Law Journal as part of its 2025 New Jersey Legal Awards, Darcy Baboulis-Gyscek, counsel in the firm’s complex litigation and appellate matters, was featured in a Q&A with the New Jersey Law Journal.
In response to a question about teamwork in law, Darcy noted:
Teamwork single-handedly elevates a good experience to a great one and in my view, is an indispensable aspect of good lawyering. Especially when it comes to legal advocacy, collaboration with other lawyers who bring their own background, knowledge and expertise leads to better ideas, creative arguments, winning strategies and ultimately, greater client satisfaction. Thankfully, my practice at Pashman Stein involves daily teamwork where oftentimes we (meaning partners, associates and staff alike) are collectively rolling up our sleeves, digging in and putting our heads together to help achieve the best result for our clients—and that is the part of my job that I most appreciate. In fact, my best days at work by far are those on which success is obtained and enjoyed as a team.
