“We commend the selection of Denise as one of the ‘Unsung Heroes’,” remarked Michael S. Stein, firm Chair and Managing Partner. “While we appreciate Denise’s significant contributions to our firm’s culture and client matters, we are thrilled that she is receiving the recognition in the legal community that she deserves. We are grateful to have Denise at our firm and so proud that she received this honor.”

Alvarez is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group where her practice focuses on various forms of complex litigation in both federal and state courts and in arbitration. She has robust experience litigating matters involving bankruptcy, class actions, contracts, fiduciary duties, copyright, and antitrust, on behalf of companies in the media, finance, energy, insurance, and manufacturing industries.
