Bruce Rosen, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., was recently quoted in a New Jersey Monitor article titled “Morris County Woman’s Imprisonment for Facebook Posts Sparks Free-Speech Fight.” The article discusses a Chatham woman who spent 35 days in jail after prosecutors deemed that a post she made on Facebook amounted to a terroristic threat, harassment and retaliation against a public official.
