Alec R. Borenstein Rejoins Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C.

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is pleased to announce that Alec R. Borenstein has rejoined as counsel in the firm’s Trusts & Estates, Corporate & Business Law, and Commercial Real Estate practices.

Borenstein’s estate planning practice includes drafting wills and trusts, including revocable trusts, grantor trusts, and charitable trusts. Alec also advises business owners on business and succession planning, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial leases. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation at Loyola Law School.

Borenstein earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School cum laude, and his B.A. from Columbia University.
