Aidan P. O’Connor Quoted in New Jersey Law Journal on Confirmation of Philip Sellinger as U.S. Attorney for New Jersey
Aidan P. O’Connor, partner and co-chair of the Criminal Defense and Investigations practices at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, was quoted in the New Jersey Law Journal article, “All Eyes on Phillip Sellinger: Observers Watch New US Attorney for Clues About Priorities.” The article discusses the recent confirmation of Phillip Sellinger as U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey.
Aidan O’Connor, a former assistant U.S. attorney in the District of New Jersey who is president of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers-New Jersey, said Sellinger would be well-served by his past experience as an assistant U.S. attorney.
“I don’t know him personally, but I think he’s a decent, smart guy. He’s a competent, nonpolitical choice. From what I can see he’ll do a good job,” O’Connor said.
