Trusts & Estates Attorney – New Jersey
Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner-level attorney with 6+ years of Trusts & Estates experience and a strong background in estate planning, trust and estate administration and related tax matters to join the firm in our Hackensack or Holmdel, New Jersey offices.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling a broad range of Trusts & Estates matters, including drafting comprehensive estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and living wills), handling trust and estate administration matters (probate, tax filings, accountings, and distributions), as well as advising clients on complex estate planning strategies, charitable gifting, tax planning, and corporate and succession planning, including LLC operating agreements.
Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. Admission to New York a plus.
We offer a competitive starting salary and a comprehensive benefits program. Salary is commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000.
