Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time senior associate, counsel or partner level candidate with 6+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience to join the firm to be based in Hackensack or Holmdel, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience primarily representing real estate investors and developers in connection with commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, financings, leasing, and due diligence and portable, strong cash flow business. New York experience is a plus. Bar membership in New Jersey or New York is required.
