Litigation Senior Associate - Wilmington, Delaware

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time senior associate candidate with 3-6 years of litigation experience to join the firm to be based in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 years of experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court of Delaware and the US District Court for the District of Delaware.  Experience in the Delaware Supreme Court a plus. Bar membership in Delaware is required. Bar membership in New Jersey or New York a plus.
