IT Lead - Hackensack, New Jersey

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is seeking a full-time, in-person IT Lead, to be based out of the firm’s Hackensack, NJ office.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MS Office Suite (2016+)
- Strong customer service, analytical, and presentation skills
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Law firm experience preferred
- High ethical standards and confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between the firm and third-party IT support
- Ensure deployment and maintenance of office technology (computers, printers, scanners, phones)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Track and resolve issues
- Install and configure equipment per firm guidelines
- Maintain conference room AV and video conferencing systems
- Assist with office moves, remote events and office support as needed
- Address wireless connectivity issues for internal and external users
- Coordinate repairs with vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned
