Corporate Partner – Philadelphia

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time partner level candidate with corporate transactional experience to join the firm to be based in its Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience with corporate transactions, including equity structuring, general commercial transactions, private equity investments, M&A transactions, corporate governance, and joint ventures. Knowledge of securities, tax, healthcare, and executive compensation are a plus. A portable book of business with a strong cash flow is mandatory. Bar membership in Pennsylvania is required. NJ, NY or DE bar membership is a plus.
