Seth A. Goldberg, partner in the firm’s Litigation practice and co-chair of the Cannabis & Hemp Law practice, will serve as a featured panelist in the American Trade Association for Cannabis & Hemp’s (ATACH) upcoming virtual industry briefing, “Future of Hemp,” taking place on December 16, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST. The webinar will bring together leading national voices in hemp policy and compliant manufacturing to discuss the revised federal definition of hemp and its implications for operators, regulators, and the broader marketplace. As part of the panel, Goldberg will share his insights on how federal updates are expected to shape business strategy, regulatory compliance, and the future trajectory of the hemp marketplace.
