Sean Mack to Be Featured Speaker at the New York City Bar’s Cannabis Law Conference 2024
Sean Mack, chair of the firm’s Cannabis and Hemp practice and co-chair of the firm's Litigation practice, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Cannabis Law Conference 2024 hosted by the New York City Bar. The annual conference will cover a wide range of topics in legal cannabis like regulation, distribution and sales, as well as the evolving regulatory and ethical issues arising out of legal recreational marijuana. The conference also sets out to provide an overview of how legalized marijuana affects and intersects practice areas such as health; labor and employment; banking; tax; compliance; real property, and well-being. Sean’s program is titled “From Briefs to Buds: Attorney Perspectives on Entering & Serving the Cannabis Industry” and will lead a compelling and thought-provoking exploration into the exciting world of cannabis law, as well as helping attorneys to leverage their legal expertise to serve the dynamic and rapidly growing cannabis industry.
The conference will take place in New York, New York on June 24th, 2024, with Sean’s program beginning at 10AM.
