On February 4, 2021, Sean Mack, co-chair of the Litigation practice and co-chair of the Cannabis & Hemp practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden presented at a virtual seminar for the Training Committee of the Department of the Attorney General in Hawaii. Over 100 deputy attorney generals and others participated in the training, in which Sean shared his insight and guidance on conducting trials by videoconference based on his first-hand experience as lead attorney in a bench trial by Zoom in Passaic County Chancery Division. Sean also shared tips from the article “Ten Tips to Make Your Zoom Trial a Success,” which he co-authored with Timothy P. Malone and Darcy Baboulis-Gyscek and was published in the New Jersey Law Journal.
