Sean Mack Featured as Guest on Grassroots Marketing Podcast
Sean Mack, co-chair of the Cannabis and Hemp practice and co-chair of the firm’s Litigation practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. appeared as the featured guest speaker on the Grassroots Marketing Podcast, which covers various marketing and business topics in the legal cannabis industry.
Mack discusses his work in cannabis and hemp law, the differences between New Jersey and New York state cannabis laws, Conditional Adult Use Retail Dispensaries (CAURD), and the difficulties which legal dispensary owners deal with to open their businesses.
“You’ve got so many jobs and tax revenues at stake and looking to expand here, there’s no way that this is going to get rolled back. There’s just too much of an opportunity, financially and practically,” said Mack, on the expansion of the legal cannabis industry.
