Sean Mack and Seth Goldberg Attend American Trade Association for Cannabis and Hemp’s DC Lobby Days 2025

Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C.’s Sean Mack and Seth Goldberg, co-chairs of the firm’s Cannabis & Hemp Law practice, recently participated in the American Trade Association for Cannabis and Hemp’s DC Lobby Days 2025. DC Lobby Days is ATACH’s signature advocacy event, bringing together cannabis and hemp industry stakeholders, leaders, and supporters to engage directly with federal policymakers. The event provides a structured opportunity to have one-on-one or small group meetings with congressional offices, attend receptions, and amplify industry priorities on Capitol Hill.

ATACH is a 501(c)(6) trade organization registered in Washington, DC, founded to support and protect regulated cannabis businesses, advocate for consumer safety for marijuana and hemp products, and promote the expansion, protection, and preservation of businesses engaged in the legal trade of medical, and recreational cannabis and hemp based products.
