Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Participating in Pro Bono Expungement Clinic on December 15
Pashman Stein Walder Hayden attorneys are participating in a pro bono expungement clinic on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. The clinic takes place from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. at two locations: Triangle Park Community Center at 247 Old Bergen Rd, Jersey City, New Jersey and St. Paul the Apostle, 20 Greenville Ave, Jersey City, New Jersey. Assistance with paperwork for expunging minor cannabis-related offenses (e.g., non-violent cannabis, disorderly persons) will be provided. Attorneys participating from Pashman Stein Walder Hayden include Sean Mack, co-chair of the firm’s Cannabis & Hemp practice, as well as Chirali V. Patel, Dillon J. McGuire and Marc M. Yenicag. Co-sponsors of the clinic include the Triangle Park Community Center, the Deliverance Children’s Ministry, and the Jersey City Mutual Aid Society.
