Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. Participating in Expungement Clinic on February 19
Pashman Stein Walder Hayden attorneys will be participating in an expungement clinic on Saturday, February 19, 2022. The clinic will be held at the Bethune Center at 140 Martin Luther King Dr, Jersey City, New Jersey from 11am – 3pm. Assistance with paperwork for expunging minor cannabis-related offenses (e.g., non-violent cannabis, disorderly persons) will be provided. Other partners include The Hoffman Centers, Jersey City Employment Training Center, Scores Reentry, Deliverance Children’s Ministry, Triangle Park Community Center, JCMAS, and the office of Councilwoman Denise Ridley. Attorneys from Pashman Stein participating in the clinic include Sean Mack, chair of the Cannabis & Hemp Law practice at Pashman Stein, and attorneys Marc Yenicag and Dillon McGuire.
