A range of subjects will be discussed, including an update on adopted and proposed legislation to OPRA and OPMA; the NJ Supreme Court’s decision in the John Paff v. Galloway Township; the Appellate Division’s Kean Federation of Teachers v. Kean University; improving the relationship between the Clerk and press; and other related issues, with time for audience questions and answers.
