Honorable Ellen L. Koblitz, P.J.A.D., (Ret.), special counsel at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., is presenting at the virtual Mid-Year Meeting of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers being held on March 4-6, 2021. Judge Koblitz will be part of new feature called, “Fred” talks - focused, rapid, ethics talks addressing a variety of ethics issues. Judge Koblitz will be featured in the Fred Talk on required competence of court appointed counsel, together with Kim Ringler. The presentation, “The Omnipresent Duty of Competence,” takes place on Friday March 5 from 2:15 – 3:00 EST.
