Joseph (“Jay”) Colao to be a Featured Presenter at NJSBA’s Upcoming CLE, “General Equity – Should You Be Here and What Should You Do When You Are Here”
Jay Colao, partner in Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C.’s Litigation department, will be featured as a speaker at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s upcoming CLE seminar titled, “General Equity – Should You Be Here and What Should You Do When You Are Here.” The event will offer a practical overview of the jurisdiction, procedures, and substantive issues commonly encountered in New Jersey’s Chancery Division. The program will cover topics such as equitable remedies, probate matters, foreclosure issues, motions practice, and ethical considerations before the General Equity courts. Colao is joined on the panel by Hon. Mara Zazzali-Hogan, P.J.Ch., and Ronald Israel, and the panel is moderated by James A. Paone, II. The CLE will take place from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17 in New Brunswick, NJ.
