Joseph C. Barsalona II and Henry J. Jaffe, partners in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights practice, will be attending the 2026 National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Annual Conference in San Diego, California, from October 7–10. The conference will bring together bankruptcy judges, practitioners, scholars, trustees, and other members of the bankruptcy community from across the country and beyond for educational programming focused on emerging issues and developments shaping bankruptcy law and practice, as well as opportunities for professional networking and collaboration.

The 2026 conference marks the 100th anniversary of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges, celebrating a century of judicial scholarship, professional fellowship, and commitment to the administration of justice.

Bankruptcy partner Leah M. Eisenberg will also be attending the conference as part of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation’s ‘IWIRC @ The National Conference for Bankruptcy Judges 2026.’
