Hon. Mary F. Thurber, J.S.C., (Ret.), special counsel in the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be a seminar presenter at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Forum. Judge Thurber will be part of a panel that will discuss “Best Practices for Workplace Investigations,” which will include such issues as when employers should conduct investigations, whether those should be conducted internally or by an outside investigator, how to choose an investigator, concerns about privilege and confidentiality, and how investigation results might be used.

The event will take place at New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. PM – 4:00 p.m. and will be available online as well.
