Hon. Ellen L. Koblitz, P.J.A.D. (Ret.), Special Counsel at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. will be a presenter for an upcoming seminar hosted by the New Jersey State Bar Association titled “Follow Our Lead: Ethics in New Jersey & Nationally.” Judge Koblitz will be presenting the online webinar alongside Kim D. Ringler on September 30, 2024 at 12pm.

This CLE will discuss standards of ethical conduct for judges in New Jersey and at all levels of the judiciary, and how NJ’s system of regulating judges compares with other jurisdictions, equipping attorneys with a broader perspective on ethical standards. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of enforceable judicial codes, navigating judicial misconduct, and practical implications for attorneys.
