Hon. Ellen Koblitz, P.J.A.D. (Ret.) to Present at NJOPD’s 2026 Defender Summit, “Winning on Appeal: Lessons from the Bench”

Hon. Ellen Koblitz, P.J.A.D. (Ret.), special counsel in the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, Appellate Advocacy practice, and Family Law practice, will serve as a featured speaker as part of the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender’s 2026 Defender Summit. Judge Koblitz’ presentation is titled, “Winning on Appeal: Lessons from the Bench,” and will be speaking alongside Hon. Mary Catherine Cuff, P.J.A.D. Judge Koblitz and Judge Cuff will discuss appellate matters from the perspective of judges and will highlight what appellate panels find most helpful when evaluating arguments and deciding cases. The event will take place at the Atlantic City Convention Center on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
