Hon. Ellen Koblitz, P.J.A.D. (Ret.), and Hon. Edwin H. Stern, P.J.A.D. (Ret.), both special counsel at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be featured speakers as part of the Middlesex County Bar Association’s “Practical Effective Appellate Advocacy in the Appellate Division and Supreme Court.” CLE. Alongside speaker Hon. Ronald Susswein, JAD; Lisa Bigony, Chief Counsel to the Appellate Division; and moderator David Greenfield, the discussion will cover key aspects of appellate practice, including preserving issues for appeal, drafting briefs and appendices, complying with procedural and citation rules, navigating e-filing systems, and strategies for effective written and oral advocacy. The event will take place on April 16, 2026, at 12:15 p.m. at the MCBA Office in New Brunswick, NJ and remotely via Zoom.
