Alongside speaker Hon. Ronald Susswein, JAD; Lisa Bigony, Chief Counsel to the Appellate Division; and moderator David Greenfield, the discussion will cover key aspects of appellate practice, including preserving issues for appeal, drafting briefs and appendices, complying with procedural and citation rules, navigating e-filing systems, and strategies for effective written and oral advocacy.
