The Honorable Edwin H. Stern, P.J.A.D. (Ret.), Special Counsel and Raymond M. Brown, partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., will be seminar speakers at the upcoming Seton Hall Law Journal of Legislation and Public Policy Symposium, titled ‘An Innocence-Centered View of New Jersey’s Post-Conviction Jurisprudence.’

Judge Stern will be presenting on Panel 1 at 9:15am, which is titled, “The Oft-Overlooked New Jersey Constitutional Guarantee Against Suspension of State Habeas Corpus and the Violation of That Guarantee in the 2009 Amendments to the Rules of Criminal Practice.”

Raymond Brown will be presenting on Panel 2 at 11am, which is titled, “Problems with New Jersey’s Post-Conviction Regime that Disadvantage the Convicted Innocent & Significant Ethical Issues.”
