Hon. Edwin H. Stern, P.J.A.D (Ret.) Featured as Moderator for NJSBA CLE, “Ethics Primer”
The Honorable Edwin H. Stern (Ret.), Special Counsel at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. will be featured as the moderator of an upcoming New Jersey State Bar Association CLE titled “Ethics Primer.” The CLE will discuss the fundamentals of ethics, covering topics such as the attorney regulation system, disciplinary process, and oversight roles, and compliance topics such as advertising, AI, fees, audits, and trust accounting.
A distinguished panel of ethics professionals, including the Chair of the Disciplinary Review Board, the Chair of the advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, the Director of the Office of Attorney Ethics, Clerk of the New Jersey Supreme Court, and the Former Counsel to the Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics, will guide attendees through all aspects of ethics.
