Hon. Edwin H. Stern, P.J.A.D (Ret.), Special Counsel at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C., was featured as a moderator for one of several programs being produced and videotaped by the New Jersey Supreme Court Historical Advisory Board regarding the more significant opinions and developments of the Court over its first 75 years. The panel presentations are being videotaped for posting on the virtual museum on the website of the New Jersey Judiciary and distribution to County Bar Associations and the New Jersey Judicial College. The Historical Advisory Board has been building a virtual museum about the Judiciary and its work for viewing by attorneys, students, and citizens generally.

Judge Stern moderated the program on employment law, with attorneys Cynthia Jacob and Nancy Erica Smith, focusing on the development of the law regarding sexual harassment, including hostile work environment, as a result of Lehmann v Toys R Us, a 1993 New Jersey Supreme Court opinion, including a discussion of subsequent developments of the law and predictions regarding future developments, and the impact on the role of lawyers as a result of the creation of corporate and employer entity liability as a means of preventing discrimination. The taping took place on December 6, 2023.
