Gregg H. Hilzer Presented at Heckel Inn of Court at Rutgers Law School on “Beyond Prohibition: Evolving Enforcement Policies for Cannabis and Controlled Substances”
Gregg H. Hilzer, co-chair of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C.’s Cannabis & Hemp Law practice, participated in a hybrid panel discussion titled, “Beyond Prohibition: Evolving Enforcement Policies for Cannabis and Controlled Substances.” The panel was hosted by the C. Willard Heckel Inn of Court at Rutgers Law School. The speakers discussed cannabis laws and regulation in the wake of increased decriminalization and legalization across the country, softened criminal laws in legalized states, the evolution of the DOJ’s position on cannabis, and potential federal rescheduling of cannabis.
The event took place on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 5:30 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
