Event
9.24.26

Donald W. Clarke, partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights and Litigation practices, will serve as a featured speaker at the Turnaround Management Association’s Educational Program titled “Artificial Intelligence in Bankruptcy Practice: Friend or Foe?” The panel will discuss and debate the real-world promises and pitfalls of AI in bankruptcy and restructuring practice both in and out of the courtroom. The program will also tackle the question every restructuring professional is asking: Is AI a game-changing tool, or a liability waiting to happen?

Don will be a featured speaker alongside the Honorable Vincent F. Papalia, judge for the US Bankruptcy Court - District of New Jersey; Dan Bloom, Counsel at Riker Danzig LLP; and moderated by Andrew Behlman, Partner at Lowenstein Sandler LLP.

The event will take place on September 29, 2026, at 4pm in Roseland, New Jersey.
