Don Clarke, partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights and Litigation practices, was recently a featured speaker at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Multicounty (Mass Torts) Litigation Forum. The forum helped attendees gain practical strategies and the latest critical updates across the full spectrum of mass torts litigation, from case initiation through appeal. Clarke spoke on a panel titled, “Limits of Bankruptcy in Mass Torts Litigation” where he discussed practical limitations that mass tort will face in the bankruptcy forum with Hon. Christine M. Gravelle, U.S.B.J. and Sunni P. Beville, Esq.

The program took place online and at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey on June 17, 2026.
